Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and in its original packaging. Or be defective

To start a return, you can contact us at admin@woofingoodpettreats.com.au. If your return is accepted, instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it  and contact us immediately if there are any issues. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Used or opened items can not be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will  let you know if your refund has been accepted . If accepted, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take 3-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and and return the refund to you.
